  1. 3.5 hours? You are going to hit the wall! I would. But hey, the next time you tackle that distance, it will be cooler and you will be stronger and it will be easier. I have been re-listening to The Extra Mile Podcast Experiment - Episode 5 (july 14) and Kevin's interview with Steve Born of Hammer Nutrition. They were walking about fuelling and it was very interesting and informative for me.

    The wall happens to all of us!

    I was scheduled for a 20 miler and made 19. The price was fairly severe dehydration. I recovered, learned, and ran 22 miles the next weekend! No problems, either!

    Seems to me you are on schedule for success!
