My "Finishing" Plan

I posted my Gallowalk "finishing" plan for the Marine Corps Marathon which will keep me busy all summer thru October here: http://bit.ly/ak4fOs. I'll probably modify the work-week sessions as my schedule requires and perhaps throw in some additional cross-training on the days off, but the weekends will be rock solid to the plan. 5 miles tomorrow! COOL.
